Description of Service

Daysabroad is a personal travel tracking application that helps you monitor days spent in different countries for visa and tax residency purposes.

The app is for informational purposes only.

The app is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, or immigration advice
Visa rules and regulations change frequently and vary by nationality
Always verify requirements with official government sources or qualified professionals
We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information from the app

Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate calculations:

We do not guarantee the accuracy of visa day calculations
We do not guarantee the completeness of country or visa rule information
GPS-based location tracking may have inaccuracies

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Verifying visa requirements with official sources
Ensuring the accuracy of manually entered data
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Purchases & Subscriptions

Some features require Daysabroad Premium, available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the app, errors in calculations, missed deadlines, or overstays.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice.
